Rental Policy

Please read our rental policies carefully before making a reservation to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old. Young driver fee applies for renters under 25.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Renter must provide proof of full coverage insurance that covers the full value of the rented vehicle. Renter must be an active driver on the policy.
• Security deposit mandatory for all rentals.
• No smoking in vehicles; violation results in cleaning fee.
• Return vehicle with same fuel level/charge as received.
• Adhere strictly to mileage limits; excess charged per mile.
• On-time return required; late fees apply.
• No off-road driving or racing permitted.
• Clients are responsible for documenting any pre-existing damages or problems at the start of their trip.
• Report any new damages immediately.
• No pets allowed in vehicles.
• Driver’s license and credit card must match renter’s name.
• No subletting or unauthorized drivers.
• Renter responsible for all traffic violations and tolls.
• Early termination fees apply for shortened rentals.
• Cancellation policy: Refund with a fee 72+ hours before rental, 50% refund 24-72 hours before, no refund within 24 hours.
• Renter agrees to vehicle inspection upon return.
• Minimum rental period: 1 day for standard rentals. Hourly rentals available for prop & chauffeur services only.
• International renters must provide passport and international driver’s permit.
• Renter must properly sign our rental agreement before taking possession of the vehicle.
